  • St. Marks School Concert Hall, Southborough, MA
    CBT Architects, Boston, MA
    The 500 seat concert hall is the focal point of the new performing arts building at St. Marks School. The building includes music rehearsal rooms, teaching studios, faculty offices, and gallery space. The concert hall features a high ceiling and balconies around the entire perimeter. An elaborate A/V system provides reinforcement of speech and music, plus playback for film and dance presentations.

  • Montante Cultural Center at Canisius College, Buffalo, NY
    Cannon Architects, Buffalo, NY
    This historic Catholic Church was restored and renovated to create a space for concert performances and convocations. Acoustical consulting included architectural acoustic design to correct the problems from the 80 foot high domed ceiling; noise control of new ventilation systems; and sound system design.

  • Evans Concert Hall, Connecticut College, New London, CT
    DuBose Associates Architects, Hartford, CT
    This 1960's concert hall needed some acoustic upgrades to provide better on-stage acoustics, extend the reverberation time, and quiet mechanical noise. The user groups are thrilled with the new sound.

  • Rhode Island College Performing Arts Center, Providence, RI

    New performing arts facility including 600 seat concert hall, music rehearsal rooms, teaching studios, and practice rooms.

  • The Great Hall, Mechanics Hall, Worcester, MA
    Anderson Notter Finegold Architects, Boston, MA
    Initially restored in 1975, this 1,500 seat hall has been widely acclaimed for its fine, intimate acoustics. Besides serving as home for the Worcester Philharmonic Orchestra, the hall has been host to many touring orchestras, including the Vienna Philharmonic, and is also used by Telarc for recording sessions.

    Great Woods Center for the Performing Arts, Mansfield, MA
    The John Drew Company, Boston, MA
    This 20,000 seat outdoor pavilion has served popular and classical music events since 1986. It has received favorable comments from John Williams, conductor of the Boston Pops Orchestra, and from the musicians of the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra for the excellent on-stage acoustics provided by a large demountable orchestra enclosure.

  • Olin Arts Center - Bates College, Lewiston, ME
    The Architects Collaborative, Cambridge, MA
    The 350 seat recital hall at the Olin Arts Center has received excellent reviews from audiences and musicians. Several touring artists have returned to this hall for recording sessions.

  • Clemson University Performing Arts Center, Clemson, SC
    Sert Jackson Architects
    This new complex includes a 1400 seat auditorium with adjustable reverberation and a movable concert shell. The center also includes a black box theater, recital hall, and music rehearsal rooms.

  • Berklee Performance Center - Berklee College of Music, Boston, MA
    Kubitz and Pepi Architects, Wellesley, MA

    This 1,227 seat performance hall, adapted from a former movie theater has been recognized for years as one of the finest concert halls in Boston, for contemporary popular music and jazz. The narrow width of this hall results in a very intimate natural and amplified sound.
